Our Share Stall is a place to share food and toiletries – by the community, for the community. It also has a little library where you can help yourself to books, or leave some to donate. There is also a Free Firewood woodstore, where you have a fire on us this winter.
In 2023, we partnered with Co-op in Tain to share their unwanted food three times a week – this would otherwise end up in the bin. The Share Stall gets restocked by our volunteers on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays at around 10am – and produce moves quickly!
The stall is run on a #paywhatyoucan basis, where #freeisfine. This means you can choose what you want to give for what you take – whatever you can. The money that is donated supports the activities at the garden.
